The universe, with its vast expanse of celestial wonders and puzzling phenomena, has intrigued humanity for ages. But the question remains: how did it all begin? What was there before the Big Bang? These questions have sparked numerous theories, but none are as widely accepted as the Big Bang Theory.
According to this theory, about 13.82 billion years ago, the universe erupted into existence in a colossal event known as the Big Bang. Before this, everything was compressed into an incredibly dense point called a singularity. This singularity held all the building blocks of the universe – matter and energy – in a space smaller than a pinhead.
