Salary and Benefits Package

The salary for this position falls within the range of $165,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications Requirements

To qualify for this position, you need to have either a bachelor’s degree in fields like police science, criminal justice, public administration, business management, or a related area from a recognized college or university. Additionally, you should have gained eight years of experience in law enforcement, with at least four of those years spent in a supervisory role.

Desirable qualifications for this role involve having at least three years of experience in command staff positions and oversight across various police areas like patrol, administration, specialized investigations, records, communications, and animal control. It’s also important to show that you can build and maintain trust within the community, interact effectively with officers and civilians at all levels, collaborate with other stakeholders in the justice system to find solutions, and contribute to keeping the community safe and thriving.
